Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once we receive your payment, we will process your order, assign it to one of our local agents in Italy, and prepare your documents. We will then send them to you to print, sign, and upload to our portal.

The refund amount depends on the stage your order has reached when we receive your cancellation request:

  • 100% refund if you cancel before you receive the completed documents from us.

  • 70% refund if you cancel after receiving the documents but before uploading or otherwise returning the signed documents to us.

  • 50% refund if you cancel after uploading or otherwise returning the signed documents, provided we have not yet submitted your application to the Italian Tax Office.

  • No refund if you cancel after we have submitted your application to the Italian Tax Office, even if your codice fiscale has not yet been issued or delivered.
